Well done good and faithful servant...Matthew 25: 21

Some of you are aware of the recent homecoming of our Task Force team member Jeanne Parrott. She battled cancer with great hope that her trial be used to bring others into greater depth in their walk with the Lord God. And it was so! I have been greatly challenged by the unconditional love I felt from her. She knew my weaknesses up close, working together every day. Technology isn't my strong suit, she helped often and graciously and taught me along the way. She loved me through things through spiritual warfare in my personal life and ministry service.

She also loved to tease. Once I was commenting on someone's 'blem'---she looked confused...I pointed to the blem. She laughed so hard and long..."you mean "bling" referring to bright, shiny, girl stuff like jewelry. She loved to share with others about 'blem' vs "bling'! It was worth it to see her laugh and live with such joy!

I had known her for 11 years. We worked together here in NDPTF for over 5 years. I miss her and pray for her family. I rejoice for her:

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day---and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing." 2 Timothy 4: 7
